I completed my first day of the 21 day raw food challenge! I had a raw breakfast, dinner and snacks. I feel amazing! This will be a great experience! Check out the day one video on Youtube at FullyRawKristina!
That yummy juice was my breakfast! It was stuffed with apples, velery, lemon, ginger and a bunch of kale! Super filling and yummy!
Next up was a snack that consisted of a juicy pear and 2 dates!
I didn't have a raw lunch but I had a homemade pizza with pineapple and avacado!
The juice was apple, lemon and beet
The noodles were raw yellow squash made in my spiralizer
The salad was spring mix, swiss chard, cilantro, parsley, greens, kale, romaine and lettuce
The dressing I made had raw grapeseed oil, lemon, thyme and oregano
So that's all! It was my first day and it was great!
