Starting very soon, I will be personally designing meal plans person by person. We will create 21 day plans based on your needs and favorite foods so it's easy to follow and exciting to learn about! We will start off with a one on one session about your bodies needs and what you like. From there we will set up a basic meal plan, grocery lists and personally design the entire program for you and/or your family! From there we will grocery shop together and get you started. For the whole 3 weeks you will have constant contact with me. I'll send you texts and encouragement daily and have personal check ins 1-2 times a week. In addition I will cook a couple of the recipes with you to show you how to prepare them! If you want to lengthen or shorten the program or make adjustments we can design something for your needs!
